The Heart or the Mind?

Don't we all get that moment where your mind is telling one thing while your heart is telling you the other and shit just makes you feel confused. The number one question is that which one do you listen to the mind or the heart?

Trick is if you go with the heart one is called emotional decision maker but when one uses the mind, he or she is seen as a strategist who cares about no one apart from him/herself. So would you rather be a strategist that will always guides his/her emotions when it comes to decision making,don't give a rat ass on how many hearts you break or would you rather put your heart out for everyone to tear it and beat it apart .

I personally think that there different situations that one can find themselves in when it comes to the heart and the mind. Some of the ladies might disagree with me but 80% of us fall victim to that emotional decision making. Woman are built to use their emotions and that is one of the reasons why we could stay in  abusive relationships, from emotional to physical abuse because we love so much and damn that L word just breaks us and blinds us. We see past the pain and the hurt  no matter how bad the situation maybe and still see the good in that individual who hurt more than you ever imagined all in the name of Love which is triggered by that organ pumping in your body.

Some people are stronger than others and see way past the heart story,simply because they have been hurt before and fell victim to the emotional decision and dont want to go through that emotional roller-coaster ever again. So we build a wall that will never let no one in and personally blocks our feelings as well as the opportunity to fall in love again. In simple context we tend to bring the past into the future or blocking something that might be potentially good to you, all in the name of what you have experienced in the past. Although its a smart thing to do for yourself well at least that is what you would like to believe because one can never go through that same pain over again and i know it took you forever to heal but that is life dear and that’s how we grow and learn.
